Meet our Leadership Team

As the Executive Director, I have over 25 years of early childhood experience; from working as a teacher in the classroom to managing 5 childcare centers mentoring the directors and staff.  I continue to learn more each day; staying abreast of the new trends and topics in early childhood. I have my Associate degree in Child Development from Malcolm X College and my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Practice from National Louis University.  I am currently going for my Masters in Early Childhood Administration and support my staff so that they have all the experience they need to be effective early childhood professionals.  I will always be passionate about working with children and am an advocate for all children.

Carmen has over 5 years of administrative experience working directly with the families and children.  She worked with record-keeping and budgeting for childcare business in the Chicagoland area.  Carmen has extensive experience with Excel, Procare, and other word processing and recordkeeping programs.
